Announcement – Government Sukuk offer   Dear valued client, Kindly be advised that with effect from 1 February 2012, the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) is offering the public the opportunity to purchase certain securities issued by the CBB on behalf of the Government of Bahrain. Customers will be allowed to acquire government securities with a minimum value of BD10,000 or its multiples in the primary auction of such securities by the CBB only by way of purchase by a CBB-licensed retail bank on their behalf.
