Dormant Account

​​​ When your account status changes to “Dormant”, this indicates that it was not utilized for the past 6 months. This will result in the suspension of the following services:

  • Cash Deposits and Withdrawals
  • Cheque Deposits and Withdrawals
  • All Financial Transfer Services
  • ATM Card
  • eBanking
  • Mobile Banking

In order to reactivate or close your account, kindly visit your nearest Branch to perform the necessary procedures.
